The Tourist Tax is for all people overnighting in any of the facilities of Radda in Chianti and is applied for a maximum of 7 nights.

EXEMPTIONS:
a) registered residents of the Municipality of Radda in Chianti;
b) minors under fourteen years of age;
c) patients (including out-patients) and caregivers (one per patient) attending a patient recuperating in health facilities on municipal land;
d) persons housed in facilities under resolution by public authorities in emergency situations as a consequence of disaster, force majeure or humanitarian aid;
e) one guide and a bus driver for every group of 20 people;
f) handicapped persons who are not self sufficient and a companion;
g) employees of the facilities (hotels and similar)
h) persons who stay for long periods for work reasons provided they have a certification signed by their employer who has an agreement with such facility that confirms the reason for their stay.

The amount for our structure is euros 1,50 per person per night.

Our rates do not include Tourist Tax!!
