Palazzo Leopoldo is an historical mansion built on a medieval path, which links the historical centre of Radda to the main street. Along this path, which is paved and carved in pure rock, completely restored, you can find the restaurant “La Perla del Palazzo”, a fascinating place which is the perfect setting to the magical atmosphere that can be breathed everywhere in Palazzo Leopoldo. After the careful restoration that has turned Palazzo Lepoldo in a charming hotel, the refurbishing and the restoring of the restaurant as well have been carefully chosen in order to preserve the mansion style.
At “LA Perla del Palazzo” the guest of Palazzo Leopoldo have the chance of tasting all typical dishes of the region: starting from first courses of home-made pasta, with game and season vegetables sauces, going to main courses that can vary from t-bone steaks to stewed meats, not mentioning the special traditional desserts such as “tiramisù”.The staff of the restaurant will be glad to guide the guests through the tastings with the best suggestions and following their personal desires and curiosities on the italian cooking tradition. To underline the valuable wine-list, both Tuscan and national, to go with the dishes, for a whole journey of the senses in respect of the perfect Chianti and Tuscan tradition.
Furthermore, the restaurant is glad to prepare taylor-made menus for special events or tasting dinners in order ot guide the guest to the discovery of the typical perfumes and flavours of this special corner of Italy. The restaurant is also enriched by a large garden where it is possible to enjoy the delicious tuscan cuisine in the chill of our summer evenings, so enjoyable among the hilly Chianti landscape and for romantic and special evenings.
